LOON LAKE FIRE RESCUE
"Together Emergencies Are Managed"
To minimize the impact of emergencies and disasters to our community through education, planning, and response by coordinating information and resources.
BIO
Established during the Covid-19 incident and fire season of June 2020. A co-operative campus, Loon Lake Fire Rescue's member group is comprised of Fire & EMS professionals from across the Northwest Region. Together we coordinate services across the U.S. Forestry regions 1, 2, 4, and 6 collectively providing remote life saving response, strategy, equipment and tactics to all incidents and tasking orders. As a four year old formed LLC, we have also created a 501 (c) (3) Volunteer Fire Rescue Division for our local community which is currently in development.
We are registered ACTIVE in SAM.gov and VIPR.

THE CAMPUS
"Together Emergencies Are Managed"
To securely position our department through and beyond the current economic recovery, while responsibly shaping a new future that actively focuses on efficiency, development, and sustainability. As part of Loon Lake Fire Rescue's commitment to continued excellence, sustaining a thoughtful, comprehensive strategic plan is critical. A strategic plan serves as a tool that reflects the shared mission and vision of an organization through a series of short-term and long-term strategic objectives. The intent is to drive the organization toward a common vision while optimizing resources.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE WITH PURPOSE
The Operations Division coordinates response to major wild land fire emergency incidents that require resource orders within the boundaries of Region 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. We provide EMS support modules and coordination to private, local, state, and federal stakeholders. The Division Chief manages the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) during wild land fire disaster activation, a Warning Point so to speak, ensuring that all emergency support functions are present at the EOC and function at an optimum level, as well as coordinating the evacuation and shelter operations within jurisdiction parameters. As a small team, we allow for greater accountability, autonomy, and flexibility, both in terms of response and idea-based changes versus a reactionary response. Keeping the team small gives us the ability to manage, coordinate quickly and efficiently.
